Daphnée Chapoteau is originally from Haiti by way of Miami and has been a New Yorker for over fifteen years, since she moved to Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Daphnée enjoys educating her clients and guiding them through every transaction. Her career path from corporate to grassroots organizations has granted her the skills and ability to relate to people from all walks of life.

 

Daphnee has a love for creativity and entrepreneurialism. In 2010, she started  her own company, importing original art, jewelry and accessories handmade by Haitian artisans. She also has a heart for volunteering and convening people, which led her to serve as a guide and translator for volunteers of Soleil Global, a sustainable energy project that distributed solar-powered lights in Haiti. During that trip, she coordinated the distribution of 4500 lanterns to Haitian households located in Plateau-Central.
